These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Peace by Piece Coaching.

Services

Peace by Piece Coaching provides:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions (online and in person)

  • Studio workshops (group sessions, one-time or recurring)

  • Corporate work through tailored workshops and programs

Eligibility

Clients and participants must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at supporting personal and professional development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or a substitute for professional help where needed.

The coach is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you require clinical or medical support, please seek appropriate help.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed. What happens in each sessions depends on individual engagement and openness to explore.

Booking & Payments

Coaching & Studio Workshops

  • Sessions are booked via Neetocal or direct agreement

  • Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in EUR.

  • Payments may be processed via Stripe or other agreed methods

Packages

  • Packages are non-refundable

  • Sessions may be rescheduled upon agreement

  • Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds

Workshop for Organizations

  • Services are confirmed via a signed agreement

  • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the booking

  • The remaining 50% must be paid maximum 1 week before the start of the service. Paying the full fee is an option.

  • Prices for B2B services are stated excluding BTW/VAT unless otherwise specified

Cancellation & Rescheduling

1:1 Coaching

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Studio Workshops

  • Bookings are non-refundable

  • Participation may be transferred to another person upon request

  • Rescheduling or credits may be offered at the discretion of Peace by Piece Coaching

Workshop for Organizations

  • No refunds are provided once booked

  • Workshops may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement

Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

Physical Activity & Personal Responsibility

Some services include movement-based practices.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical and mental health

  • You will participate within your own limits

  • You will inform the coach of any relevant conditions, injuries, or limitations

Peace by Piece Coaching is not responsible for any injuries or physical issues arising from participation.

Liability Limitation

Peace by Piece Coaching is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in coaching or workshops

  • Decisions or actions taken by clients or participants

  • Outcomes that do not meet expectations

All services are provided "as is" without guarantees.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

For group workshops, confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Peace by Piece Coaching and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Custom Work for Corporate

Workshops for organizations may be tailored to specific needs and all details will be set out in individual agreements or proposal before work begins. Any scope changes or additional requests outside the agreed scope may result in adjustments to pricing and delivery.

Website Use

Users agree to use the website lawfully and not engage in fraudulent, or disruptive activities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
