Mindful Movement Sessions

I facilitate regular movement and mindfulness sessions in Amsterdam, open to anyone curious to slow down and reconnect.

My passion for exploration, ongoing learning and self-development found one of its most nourishing spaces in movement and mindfulness practices. It started with curiosity, without a goal or a need to perform. Just a willingness to show up and see what was there. Over time, what began as exploration became practice, and what became practice became one of the most honest sources of feedback I have ever known: how my mind is doing, how my body is feeling, what I am holding onto and what I could simply let go.

These sessions are an invitation to trust the intelligence already inside you, rather than endlessly seeking answers outside.

They also taught me what being part of a community feels like, and the real influence it can have on your life. A sense of belonging I believe we all deserve and all need.

After years of practice, study and intentional exposure to teachers and approaches that have shaped how I see this work, it is my turn to share. To create spaces where learning and belonging coexist.

What I bring combines movement, mindfulness and play, held within a container shaped by insights from neuroscience, psychology and reflective inquiry.

The constant ingredient is curiosity. The invitation is always the same: join, experience and listen attentively.

What I Propose

My playground, and yours too.

Types of sessions

I work across two fields that can be experienced separately or combined into a longer workshop, where together they create a broader arc.

  • Ground: A quieter, more inward practice. We work with the joints, the breath and the nervous system to find a sense of peace and, most importantly, presence. No prior experience needed.

  • Play: An experience that begins with a grounding practice to then let the energy rise. Duo and group exercises are proposed to explore active listening, communication and how we relate and cooperate. Dynamic, interactive and fun.

My Approach

This work rests on a few simple principles:

  • Listen: Movement and mindfulness are a daily opportunity for honest feedback. To hear what is actually present, beneath the noise.

  • Engage: There is no right or wrong. With openness, mistakes become information and growth lives inside them.

  • Ground: Before anything else, we return to the body, to the breath, to the now. With presence, everything else unfolds.

  • Relate: What you discover in yourself always ripples outward. In shared spaces, personal awareness becomes relational intelligence.

What participants might experience

  • Presence: A deeper awareness of your direct experience, in the moment.

  • Connection: With yourself, with others, with what is around you.

  • Compassion: A softer, more accepting relationship with your own process.

  • Trust: In what becomes available when you slow down and pay attention.
