HōRA • Embodied Workshops for Communities

The Italian word ora carries a dual meaning: it refers both to "hour" and "now." Its Latin root, hōra, holds the same resonance. The very word we use to measure time can also bring us back into it.

In a world that constantly pulls attention outward, forward, and in multiple directions, HōRA creates a space to return: to the immediacy of experience through the body, the senses, and the intelligence that emerges when mind and body are in dialogue.

The approach combines movement and mindfulness, supported by insights from neuroscience, philosophy, and contemplative traditions.

Through guided practice, reflection, and facilitated exchange, participants explore and integrate these experiences in a way that feels both practical and meaningful.

HōRA is designed for communities and learning spaces — bringing people together to experience embodied practices that support presence, deepen connection, and foster a more attuned way of relating.

HōRA: The Workshop

Returning to the present moment: a practice of attunement through movement, mindfulness, and shared presence.

At its core, HōRA invites a simple but powerful practice: learning to be here. The present moment is always available.

Through movement, mindfulness, and guided exploration, HōRA invites us to rediscover its intelligence and the skill of living from it. In shared spaces, this awareness doesn’t stay individual. It shapes how people listen, interact, and experience being together. No prior experience is needed.
