Hello, my name is Eleonora.

I work as a coach and facilitator.

I create spaces where individuals, teams and communities can slow down, reconnect with their present experience, and learn to respond to life with more awareness, clarity, and a sense of choice. I offer this through coaching, movement, and mindfulness. In simple terms, we practice attunement.

Natural, relaxed portrait expressing joy.

About

I spent over a decade studying and working in marketing and communication. I was mentally engaged, yet something in my experience felt partial.

That tension became an invitation to look inward and question how I understood connection. From there, the exploration of other parts of me—emotional, relational, embodied—began.

This gradually transformed my understanding of communication. It became something that lives beyond words. An art and a skill rooted in connection, awareness, and the ability to stay human, even in complex or demanding circumstances and environments.

Today, communication is still at the core of my work, but with a different depth, sense of responsibility, and purpose.

I’m an explorer at heart. Calm, curious, and considerate.

I’ve lived in different countries, and each move meant rebuilding a life from scratch. I’ve experienced both the excitement and the loneliness of starting over.

My path felt linear, safe, and, in many ways, fortunate until I chose to step out of it. I left the structure and comfort of corporate life when it no longer felt aligned.

For a long time, being “extraordinarily calm” made me feel taken for granted.

Today, I recognize it as one of my greatest strengths, and I choose to embody it and offer it intentionally.

I find it meaningful to answer the question “What do you like to do?” — it makes me reflect and it reveals how I relate to life, often more honestly than many other ways.

I like to move and search, as much as I like to stay still and observe. I like silence, and quiet mornings too.

I feel held through giving and receiving hugs. I’m grateful to listen to stories, and to be heard and seen, too.

I like to wake up when it’s already daylight. A creamy foam in a well-made cappuccino. Closing my eyes when kissed by the sun, and softening my shoulders with a long breath when it’s freezing cold.

I love peonies, for the way they transform as they bloom into an explosion of petals.

I’m grateful for synchronicities. For noticing them, and for trusting them. I do trust, “as above, so below.”

I make space for the arts, for their ability to nourish and take me elsewhere. I read poems and I bless David Whyte.

I feel joy in talking to strangers while walking my dog, Lume. I love her for teaching me how pure connection exists, and for reminding me how time is a precious gift.

  • A kind and honest practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are, daily.

  • Moving forward with heart and choosing what matters even in the presence of fear, vulnerability, and uncertainty.

  • Noticing what you don’t know while opening heart and mind to explore, understand, and learn even when it feels uncomfortable.

  • The conscious journey of expanding through self-awareness, challenge, and experience to become more fully yourself.

  • The strength of doing what’s right, inwardly and outwardly by living in alignment with your values, words, and actions.

A poem I hold close and I return to often. I hope it stirs something in you too.

  • Hokusai says look carefully.
    He says pay attention, notice.
He says keep looking, stay curious.
He says there is no end to seeing.

He says look forward to getting old.
    He says keep changing,
you just get more who you really are.
He says get stuck, accept it, repeat
yourself as long as it is interesting.

He says keep doing what you love.

    He says keep praying.

He says every one of us is a child,
every one of us is ancient,
every one of us has a body.
He says every one of us is frightened.
He says every one of us has to find
a way to live with fear.

He says everything is alive —
    shells, buildings, people, fish,
    mountains, trees, wood is alive.
    Water is alive.

    Everything has its own life.

    Everything lives inside us.

He says live with the world inside you.

He says it doesn’t matter if you draw,
or write books. It doesn’t matter
if you saw wood, or catch fish.
It doesn’t matter if you sit at home
and stare at the ants on your veranda
or the shadows of the trees
    and grasses in your garden.
    It matters that you care.

    It matters that you feel.

    It matters that you notice.

It matters that life lives through you.

Contentment is life living through you.
Joy is life living through you.
    Satisfaction and strength
    is life living through you.

    He says don’t be afraid.
    Don’t be afraid.

Love, feel, let life take you by the hand.

    Let life live through you.
