    It’s not about advice or being told what to do. Instead, it’s a structured conversation that supports you to:

    • Take aligned action

    The focus is on the present and future, supporting you in becoming more aware, confident, and intentional in how you navigate your life.

    In my methodology, coaching is one of three modalities I weave into a single approach, alongside movement and mindfulness.

    • Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you build awareness and move forward with intention.

    • Therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing.

    • Consulting provides expert advice and solutions.

    • Mentoring offers guidance based on personal experience

  • Mindfulness is the practice of paying honest attention to the present moment. In my work it is not a relaxation technique. It is based on the MBCT program and it is practiced as a skill that supports clearer thinking, emotional steadiness and a deeper connection to what is actually happening in you.

  • Movement is a way of reconnecting with the body and the intelligence that lives there. In 1:1 coaching it may or may not be part of our sessions, it depends on what you need and what you’re open to. In community sessions it is central. No prior experience is ever needed.

  • I offer coaching programs designed for millennial mid-level leaders navigating a meaningful transition, feeling a quiet misalignment, or simply ready to start from themselves.

    I also bring play to corporate teams in a team building activity format; I offer movement and mindfulness informed sessions for communities.

  • A focused, honest and supportive conversation. I will ask thought-provoking questions, offer observations and create space for you to think creatively and be heard without judgment. I will not tell you what to do. Sessions are facilitated with a calm energy, curiosity and full attention.

  • I offer coaching packages of three, four and six months, designed to give enough space for real and lasting change. A single 90-minute session is also available for those who want to experience the work first.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability.

  • Yes. For teams I offer experiential facilitation grounded in play, embodied practice and shared dialogue. You can find more at peacebypiececoaching.com/team-facilitation.

  • In English and Italian. For 1:1 Coaching you choose whichever feels most natural.

  • Online sessions are available worldwide. In-person sessions take place in Amsterdam at ōsmos studio. I am also open to travel and collaboration with studios, organisations and communities elsewhere.

  • FACTS — Free, Attune, Choose, Try, Strengthen and Smile — is the framework that organises my coaching work. It is a map that helps us work together with clarity, tracking what is shifting and where to go next. Every person moves through it in their own way.

  • Three options depending on where you are:

    RESET (3 months) is for those who need to step out of overwhelm, reconnect with themselves and find solid ground.

    RECLAIM (4 months) is for those ready to act on what they already know and start making real change.

    REBUILD (6 months) is for those committed to building something new and wanting sustained support over time.

    If you are unsure, the discovery call is the right place to figure it out together.

  • SPARK is a single 90-minute session for those who want to experience the work without committing to a full package. You choose one theme depending on where you are right now: Navigating Transition, The Courage to Change, or Starting from Your Self. One session, one focus, something concrete to leave with.

  • Yes. If your needs shift during the process, we can discuss what makes most sense. Just bring it up in a session or reach out directly.
