I'm Eleonora Ricci, a Life & Career Coach in Amsterdam (ICF ACC) specialized in embodied wellbeing.
Enough "optimizing" and "being efficient." You're a living being with signals worth listening to, from mind and body both. Most of us were trained to override them and push through. This work invites the opposite.
I work with overthinkers who feel stuck and unfulfilled, helping them slow down, tune into what's actually going on inside them, and ask for what they need, so they can move forward with confidence, at work and in life.

Your body is a source of intelligence, while most of us live from the neck up. Embodied practice is the return to sensation, to presence, to the part of you that doesn't overthink. When you learn to listen to your body, the mind finds an ally that keeps you honest and rooted, and it's where real change begins.
Wellbeing
Mental, emotional, physical: wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on. Not a reward for when things calm down, or something you tend to when you're running empty. It's your energy, your steadiness, your capacity to show up for work, for others, for yourself.

I offer 1:1 coaching packages where, over 2 to 4 months, we slow down, reconnect you with what you actually want, and turn it into action.
