I'm Eleonora Ricci, a Life & Career Coach in Amsterdam (ICF ACC) specialized in embodied wellbeing.
I work with people who live in their heads and feel unfulfilled or anxious, capable and successful on paper, yet unsure of their next step.
You're a living being with signals worth listening to, from mind and body both, and most of us were trained to override them and push through.
This work invites the opposite: slow down, hear what's actually going on inside you, and trust it enough to act, so you can move forward with clarity and renewed self-belief, at work and in life.

Your body is a source of intelligence, and most of us learn to live mostly in our heads. Embodied coaching is the return to sensation and presence, to the part of you that doesn't only think. When you learn to listen to your body, your mind gains an ally that keeps you honest and grounded, and that's where real change begins.
Wellbeing
Mental, emotional, physical: wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on. Not a reward for when things calm down, or something you turn to when you're running empty. It's your energy, your steadiness, your capacity to show up for work, for others, for yourself.

We work with the whole of you, mind and body. Instead of only talking a problem through, we use awareness, breath and movement, so change happens at the level of your nervous system, not just your thoughts.

I coach fluently both in English and Italian, online and in person in Amsterdam. You can choose the language that makes you feel the most comfortable in how you communicate.

A focused, honest and supportive conversation. I will ask thought-provoking questions, offer observations and create space for you to think creatively and be heard without judgment. I will not tell you what to do. We slow down, notice what's really going on (in your thoughts and your body), name what you need, and turn it into a concrete next step. Sessions blend conversation, mindfulness and, where useful, movement.
