I'm Eleonora Ricci, an Embodied Wellbeing Coach and ICF ACC accredited based in Amsterdam, working online and in person.

Embodied
Your body is a source of intelligence, while most of us live from the neck up. Embodied practice is the return to sensation, to presence, to the part of you that doesn't overthink. When you learn to listen to your body, the mind finds an ally that keeps you honest and rooted, and it's where real change begins.
Wellbeing
Mental, emotional, physical: wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on. Not a reward for when things calm down, or something you tend to when you're running empty. It's your energy, your steadiness, your capacity to show up for work, for others, for yourself.
I offer different containers for working together. All built on the same foundation: curiosity, intention and space to slow down.

Coaching
I work with deep, always-on thinkers who have built stable lives and careers, yet feel overwhelmed and oddly empty. I help them slow down enough to start feeling again, quiet the noise, and choose their own direction, beyond the beliefs, expectations and fears that kept them on the "correct" path.
Team Facilitation
I bring play to corporate environments to let teams engage with and learn from an experience that lives beyond the desk and away from screens. It builds deeper, genuine connections and creates the conditions for teams to work better together, as humans first.
Community Sessions
My playground, and yours too. I offer sessions where movement and mindfulness come together as a space for exploration, learning and connection. Without forgetting the importance of play, curiosity and intentionality.
