Team Facilitation

Play is probably the last thing you expected to do with your team and colleagues, and yet it might be exactly what you need.

Play is one of the most widely studied and consistently underestimated drivers of human development and performance. It is also the thing we all did in a past version of our lives, the most genuine version of ourselves. And I deeply believe it is still there, waiting for the right conditions.

When play enters a room, something shifts: curiosity rises, people start to experiment, take small risks, recover quickly from mistakes and connect in ways they did not expect.

Play is also how the body integrates experience into capability.

The word corporate has a root most people have forgotten: corpus, Latin for body. Organizations are living systems, shaped by relationships, communication and shared intelligence. Yet most leadership today runs almost entirely from the mind, and many teams feel the cost.

This work brings the body back into the room through play – to connect, explore, and discover.

The Lab: Where Work Meets Play

A single experiential team session.

Overview

A tailored in-person workshop grounded in curiosity and play, combining embodied practices and games with facilitated reflection and dialogue where participants explore personal and team dynamics in real time. This work is supported by the science behind play: through play, the brain strengthens the neural circuits tied to learning, problem-solving, emotional regulation and social understanding. Play builds cognitive flexibility, innovation and the foundation of relational trust.
