CORPUS is the version of my work designed for teams and leaders.
Many professionals and leaders are technically excellent, and quietly exhausted. They communicate well on paper and have stopped really hearing each other in the room. They make decisions fast and make the same decisions repeatedly. They scale their cognitive load and lose track of what's actually happening in their bodies, their relationships, and the team.
Through a practice of attunement mind and body work together, and leaders develop the capacity to communicate more effectively, navigate relationships with greater awareness, make clearer decisions, and respond to pressure with greater adaptability.
Corpus is the Latin word for body, and the root of the word corporate.
