Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching & Approach

  • Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity, access your own insight, and move forward with intention.

It’s not about advice or being told what to do. Instead, it’s a structured conversation that supports you to:

    • Understand where you are

    • Clarify what matters

    • Take aligned action

The focus is on the present and future, supporting you in becoming more aware, confident, and intentional in how you navigate your life.

    • Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you build awareness and move forward with intention.

    • Therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing.

    • Consulting provides expert advice and solutions.

    • Mentoring offers guidance based on personal experience

  • I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, often operating on autopilot, and disconnected from a sense of clarity or direction.

The work focuses on reconnecting with your present experience through coaching, and where relevant, mindfulness and movement. In simple terms, we work with:

    • What is creating tension

    • How you bring attention to it

    • How to move forward with intention

The aim is to support you in responding to life with more awareness, clarity, and agency.

  • The way these elements are combined depends on the context.

In 1:1 coaching, we primarily work through conversation. Movement and mindfulness may be introduced when relevant, always based on your needs and openness.

In group settings (CORPUS and HŌRA), these elements are integrated into a structured, theme-based experience to support awareness and learning.

Everything is guided, adaptable, and never forced.

  • Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with openness and without judgment.

My work, informed by MBCT, includes simple practices that help you observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations more clearly—creating space to respond rather than react.

  • Movement is used as a way to reconnect with the body and access experience beyond words.

It is not about performance or fitness, but about awareness, exploration, and learning through sensation and interaction.

The practice is accessible to all levels and rooted in curiosity and self-inquiry.

Working together

  • Each session is a structured and supportive conversation. You can expect:

    • Thoughtful questions and attentive listening

    • Space for reflection and insight

    • Clarity on what matters and what comes next

Sessions are confidential, client-led, and designed to support awareness, direction, and meaningful action.

  • This depends on your goals and the level of change you’re looking for.

I offer packages of 6, 8, or 12 sessions to allow enough space for meaningful and lasting change.

  • Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and availability.

  • You can begin with a free discovery call.

This is a 30-minute conversation to explore your needs, experience how I work, and see if it feels like the right fit.

  • If you feel caught in patterns of stress, overthinking, or disconnection, this work can support you in finding a more grounded and intentional way forward.

You don’t need to be sure: starting with a conversation is often enough to sense whether it’s the right fit.
