Session: Movement & Mindfulness–InformedEMBODIED PRESENCE: Awareness through the Body
A movement and mindfulness-based session to cultivate grounded presence in daily life.
Overview
A 1:1 session designed as an experiential entry point into presence through the body. Through mindfulness-based meditation and intentional movement, we use the body as a way into awareness and to reconnect with your direct experience. The practice weaves together conditioning for longevity, mobility and joint health, nervous system regulation, attention, and cognitive clarity – supporting a more grounded and responsive way of relating to yourself and your environment.
